Because they got lucky? Listen, I have thought about this topic for hours internally.

It is a note in my phone to write about it, so here we go…

It is because they are Important…

They really are, even if you do not watch it. Think about what those people do and how DIRECTLY important to so many other people they are. Like a football player, millions of men from all over the country will watch him and his stats. They will spend energy to give the information they find about him to tier friends.

Almost infinite attention is payed to every individual football player. It is just the world. Money moves based on their actions, people move, huge amounts of infrastructure move.

The individual is less important than the event, but that is the classic problem isn’t it, we need order but order is made of INDIVIDUALS.

How about a Doctor

Good god, is about all i can say. So your telling me, old and sick people walk into your office with their like leg half hanging off and you sit them down and setup a plan to help fix this.

Of course that man deserves a BMW, his wife should have one to drive him around when he get tired too. Heck get them a driver! A surgeon? yeah I dont even want him worrying about traffic one bit, I hope I am not alone, I am not, that is why they make 300k per year…

The Man, or woman (man is just shorter to write). The man who is a doctor, takes others lives into his hands. Some of them literally wield knives against our flesh. What would be a sin if not done in good faith.

How about a Janitor

I’m sorry bud but its just not worth that much to the economy. What it is worth, is a respectable life for respectable work. However, it is known that cleaning of floors and commercial spaces, simply does not pay much.

I really think. This is all just . That if the job does not “do much” then it does not pay much.

How about an Electrician sweeping a floor…

Same task as the janitor… but one is averaging $100 more per hour wage…

Why? Because sweeping is to an electrician a job for the lowest rung helper, where to a janitor it is the core work.

The electrician is really just being a jerk. The point is, the electrician wires the building, his work will be in the building, in static, human life sustaining, servitude for decades. The sweeping will only last 1 day and does not really make the floor more useful. It make it “nicer” but the economy tends to put money in movers, not niceties.

Capitalism and output based rewards

Its freaking brutal man. I think, this is why I am writing this article.

I think it mostly comes down to what is actually being produced with your help. What is the thing that someone will be paying for when this job is done. What size part of that job do you have, who is in control of the job.

The work itself, can make you sweat or require not even your attention, the pay will not be determined by the individuals output, but the output of the product itself!

A man who has a machine that makes screws, simplified for an example, he pushes a button. The man who owns the machine never even pushes the button he has a worker do it. So how is he paid? because it is his machine, there would be no button to press it all if it were not for his personal capital!

So if he starts charging to much to press his button, the economy will flood in and make him look like a boob. That is the good part of capitism, at least before the monopoly laws were dissolved…

Its mean

Oh well, so is life. Bugs rip each other limb from limb, fire burns trees, men dominate and control. Its just how it goes…

I am happier once I found “the core”

The core is, do a lot and get a lot. Do a little and get a little. Do a lot of something nobody wants, get little. Do a little of something everyone wants, get a lot.

Be rewarded on raw results! What are these acts getting me, and the economy as a whole. Could i be producing more or working easier with other means?

In a capitalist system, like planet earth, you need to be constantly refining the edge. The real edge that is being used to effect change, to move the thing from here to there or build the assembly.

Results based. Do not let yourself fall into the trap of “this is what I do, this is what others do, and they receive x, so, I should receive x”. The idea you are to receive because you are wearing the “team jersey?. Be assured those who are also wearing the jersey. who are scoring the points, they are keeping very close attention to who is doing what. For that is how you become good at anything by watching what is producing in yourself and in others. Without rose colored glasses…

I just need to remind you both are the same person on different days of the week!

Title-ism is a lie

You express a title but you are not innately “it”. Gosh what a self defeating mentality to believe you are “there”. to believe you have “learnd all there is to learn”. You can be the foremost expert, guess what that gives you… the expectation you will keep going!

We experience titles and names and labels. Briefly, before a new one affixes itself to us.

I don’t mind it, it lets me take my mistakes less seriously. “I was being stupid” not “I am stupid”.

“I am smart” or “I was being smart”. Everyone is smart occasionally, to call yourself “smart” is vain I believe.

Pride is a sin…

Oh here we go now… Yes, its in that book, that old dusty manual for life, the freakin bible.

How is pride a sin? We have pride in out work! Yes but what you really meant, I believe is, you “tried hard in your work”. Pride is what a 4 year old does after making a shaving cream art piece on the mirror at 8pm on a Tuesday.

Pride is a tricky one… But it relates to this post. Pride makes you believe you “deserve” and if you deserve, you simply don’t do as much. Why would you, your acts are of someone who is “good at this” so therefor anything you do must be “good” right?

I believe pride is not “taking the extra step”. I believe pride is the exact opposite, it is similar to arrogance. You do not take time, or you do not listen to new ideas… because you are assigning yourself this label of “Im x and I do things good”.

Conclusion

Those people who use their bodies and minds to do things like preform under pressure, to fix us. Please. the core of this post is, when you see a lot of money, look for the root.

Look for why that money is there, why is this task so important and why is that person or persons critical to it happening.

If you wish to be one of those people, I would bet my money, you are going to need to do something that produces a lot of healthy output. Or I guess unhealthy, idk, drug dealers are a thing… Id rather sell things that help people… Eternal damnation or something, idk.

A job by nature will not scale

A job at a company has been calculated to yield x, therefor its worker will be paid x. sure, sometimes x is a scale, and you can move from x to y but its sort if the same thing just a different name.
